We're open to applications from creative contractors in design and web development on a rolling basis, alongside specific job vacancies. Fill out the form below and we’ll be in touch when we have the right opportunity for you!
At Studio Lutalica, our work shapes our culture, and our culture inspires our work. We want to work with creative toolmakers who are the best at their craft.
We believe the best teams bring together diversity in gender identity, sexuality, race, age, physical and mental ability, perspectives, and ideas. People do their best work when they feel like they belong—valued, included, and equal. This is the environment we strive to create at Studio Lutalica, where everyone brings their full selves to work knowing they'll be heard, championed, and supported to succeed.
These are applicable to employees (need to have the right to work in the UK).
We've got your back: all of our employees receive private medical insurance, to keep you feeling safe and ready to take on the world.
We work on a reduced working week, where full-time employees are expected to work 32 hours a week (e.g., 4 full days) instead of the traditional 40 hours. More time for life outside of work!
Keep your skills as sharp as your wit with workshops and training that encourage continuous learning and growth.
Enjoy 28 days of annual leave per year (or full-time equivalent). We know that life happens, and we believe you should use your holidays to rest and rejuvenate, not for emergencies. That’s why we added extra days of leave for caring responsibilities, bereavement, domestic violence, mental health and wellbeing, menstruation and menopause, and gender transitioning.
Work from wherever you feel most creative—we're all about that remote-first life! Plus, enjoy occasional retreats in Edinburgh, or co-working days with the team in London.
