Welcome to Studio Lutalica’s first Impact Journey. We’ve crafted this document as both an introduction to our Community Impact, and an active invitation. Spend some time exploring our work, see the digital infrastructure we’re already building for grassroots women, LGBTQ+ and other underrepresented movements, and discover how we can build a more inclusive future together.

We are a not-for-profit design studio dedicated to uplifting women and LGBTQ+ communities. But for us, inclusivity means more than just representation—it means providing tangible resources. We exist to bridge the gap between grassroots missions and professional capacity, equipping underfunded movements with the digital infrastructure they need to challenge norms, win funding, and create lasting change.
Before we get into the what and the how, let’s start with our why.
A clear and unwavering set of principles guides everything we do at Studio Lutalica. These principles are our compass for navigating complex decisions, our filter for choosing the right clients and partners, and the benchmark against which we measure our success. The following statements are the foundation upon which all of the work featured in this journey is built. This is our purpose, in our own words.

Data is one of the most powerful ways to tell the story of our impact. The figures on these pages are more than just metrics; they’re the evidence of our work making change out in the world. They show how our manifesto is realised, how our team is supported to do their best work, and—most importantly—how our collaborations empower our partners to achieve their own real-world results.
We’re currently in the early stages of building a robust system to track the longer-term capacity-building impact of our work—a key goal for 2026—but the data we have already paints a clear picture: an investment in Studio Lutalica CIC is an investment in a more hopeful, inclusive future for all of us.
As a CIC and social enterprise, we’re committed to reinvesting our resources directly into the communities we serve. The figures below demonstrate the value of the pro-bono and discounted work we've already provided, the number of brilliant organisations we've had the privilege to support, and the diverse sectors they represent.
